ADDITIONAL CLAUSE FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.-
Regarding to shipments abroad, the client declares knowing and accepting that the transported products, even internally, may be analyzed by customs, police, postal, health agencies, or other departments that may legally request intervention in the commission of the Carriers Service.
Such actions may lead, for example, to the collection of import fees at destination, such as customs fees or taxes, which are not included at the Lemon Eshop shipping tool, and which, if required, must be paid at destination to the corresponding authority by the buyer client.
